Enter the detail metadata for each document and publish the collection for a CD. You can easily download Greenstone from this url http://www.greenstone.org/download Now, after downloading greenstone, run this on your computer and click on the greenstone application file. Two windows will show up, first the black one and then the greenstone librarian interface window. Do not close the black window, you can minimize it.
